Ingredient Mixer

Full-Time | 3rd Shift | East Berlin, PA

Come join our growing team!! Zeigler Bros. Inc. is an established manufacturer of high-end specialty feeds for the aquaculture, pet, and bio-medical research industries. With our continued growth, we have an opening for an Ingredient Mixer, 3rd shift.

This positions primary function will be setting up and operating equipment in assigned area to perform the duty of accurately mixing specialty animal diets from detailed formulas using a computerized batching system and hand-adding specific quantities of other ingredients. Necessary skills/qualifications : Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, detail oriented, basic computer knowledge, certified to operate a forklift or willing to train to operate a forklift.

Physical requirements: must be able to bend and lift 55 pounds on a routine basis. Stand for long periods of time, reach climb, etc. Exposure to dust, noise, heat and cold. Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Cross-training program in place to earn additional $$ toward your hourly wage!
