Warehouse Associate

Come join our growing team! Zeigler Bros. Inc. is an established manufacturer of high-end specialty feeds for the aquaculture, pet, and bio-medical research industries. With our continued growth, we have an opening for a Warehouse Associate with CDL, 1st shift.
The basic function of this role is to support the shipping and warehousing of products to our valued customers.
Principal Responsibilities: Will jockey trailers to support shipping, receiving and warehousing needs. Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities. May be required to handle local pick-up and deliveries as needed. Maintain truck and trailers in a clean and orderly manner. Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to read and write the English language. Have good problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude and good human relations and communication skills.
Must possess basic computer knowledge, printer, scanner and other machines as required. Must be able to sustain daily exposure to dust, noise, heat and cold. Exposure to dangerous machinery and other hazardous conditions requiring safety adherence to PPE, safety rules, and procedures at all times.
Must be able to stand, climb, bend, crawl, reach and lift at least 55 pounds on a continuous basis. Must pass a job related pre-employment physical and drug-alcohol screening. Must pass a yearly Medical Certification Exam.
Overtime work could be required based on production needs.

Starting rate with CDL A license $27.00/hr + $3,000 sign on bonus.
